I really wish this restaurant was closer to home, because it has easily made its way into my top 10. I will 100 percent be returning. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive and genuinely made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. We were actually the only diners there, which is such a shame because with food of this quality, this place should be absolutely rammed. Everything we ordered was cooked to perfection. The fillet steak was quite honestly the best I have ever had. Perfectly cooked, melting in the mouth and cut like butter. It was exceptional. If they are serving food like this in the evening, I really cannot wait to go back and try their breakfasts and lunches too. My only small complaint is that although Google Maps takes you to the correct location, it is not very obvious from the front that the restaurant is open, especially in the dark. There were no lights on and the sign was not clearly visible. That said, people seriously need to make the effort to visit. This restaurant truly deserves the hype.

What a great discovery! We stayed in Whitchurch for the weekend and had dinner in this family run restaurant. Very eclectic and fantastic deco. We had the lamb and it was exquisite! The owners were very friendly and nice to chat to. Would eat here again
Visited with my partner after seeing great reviews online. Was totally blown away from the moment we pulled up. We had the most wonderful welcome from the host and we felt so cared for from start to finish. The decor and ambience was unmatched, such a beautiful setting. As for the food… wow! We had a starter, main and then couldn’t resist pudding and every plate of food ( my partner and I had had different dishes so 6 in total) was faultless, fresh, delicious and you could see how much love and care was put in to the cooking. This was one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had, we live almost 4 hours away but we will be back to this very special place in the future. There are restaurants, and then there are places where you can tell & feel that heart, soul, thought and love have been poured into it to make it all come together. Thanks so much for having us
We recently dined at this beautifully decorated restaurant, it has a warm, inviting atmosphere, the Christmas decoration is lavish, and restaurant is perfect for a cozy meal or intimate event. The beautiful friendly host made us feel right at home, and the food was outstanding, with every dish bursting with flavor. An ideal venue for weddings or special gatherings!
My wife and me had breakfast yesterday (7th August) and it was nothing short of terrific. As far as fry ups go it was very generous and exceptional quality. I personally haven't had a better breakfast in a long time. The proprietor was lovely and chatted to us, and what they have done with the restaurant is beautiful. Sorry to sound marginally sycophantic but it really was a lovely experience, so much so that some of our party are heading off there for food today.
Was back in the area and popped in for Sunday lunch. Delicious food. I had the roast beef rare and it was served rare. I always find rare beef not easy to find. Will be back. My friend had salad and smoked salmon with a lovely selection of edible flowers to garnish. The service was excellent. Great spot and has excellent food.
Went for breakfast here while on holiday in the area. We saw it online & thought it looked interesting. Very quirky & a totally different food place to anything I've ever been in before. Pancakes were perfectly cooked & absolutely delicious. The waitress who I assume was the owner was very pleasant & chatty. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area
